Biographic Notes
Dr. –Ing Civil Engineer, Professor in Laboratory of Technology and Strength of Materials, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics, University of Patras. Strong participation in European conferences. Author of more than 180 scientific publications in Journals and conferences proceedings,reviewer of 31 scientific Journals and member of editorial board of 11 international scientific Journals.
Participation as main researcher in more than 20 research programs with recent European programs such as: Rusteel (2009-2013) and Newrebar (2015-2019). Regularly invited as a lecturer in conferences with
research topics that are closely related to the results of his scientific research. Since 1981, runs own office in Patras, with many restoration and conservation projects in Greece.

Mechanical properties of corroded steel bars and existing historical reinforced concrete structures, coating and shot blasting, durability of reinforced concrete.
